Our Services

We provide a variety of evidence-based therapeutic techniques so that sessions are based entirely on what YOU, the client, are comfortable with. As we treat a wide variety of populations, no two session treatment strategies are the same. 

Whether you are seeking assistance for anxiety, depression, working through a history of trauma, need help coping with the stress of everyday life, or becoming more accepting of yourself and others, our therapists are here to help. 

We have over 8 years of experience with mental illness, domestic violence, sexual assault, and the treatment of PTSD. 

Therapy is an opportunity to discuss and/or process issues that are important to you while having a trained professional help you through it. You can work through not only current events, but how to deal with similar situations in the future. Therapy can be about one specific problem, or it can be about multiple.

While counseling and therapy are two different approaches to treatment, they can be used interchangeably. Therapy tends to treat a wider range of issues, more complex problems, and can be a long-term treatment. On the other hand, counseling tends to be focused on one specific issue and is considered a short-term treatment.

As therapists we have noticed that some individuals who are in an alternative relationship, part of the LGBTQIA+ community, and so much more are nervous to begin counseling due to the worry they’ll be judged. Please know that our practice, therapists, and staff, will work with you in a non-judgmental and non-assumptive manner. Our goal is to help you build the life you want and healthy relationship(s) that are lasting and sustainable.
