Crisis Resources

Many times we find ourselves lost without a place to turn to for help. We have compiled a list of local and national resources for you to utilize should you find yourself in crisis.

  • Methods of Payment Accepted:
We accept cash**, debit cards, and all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, Discover, American Express). Flexible Spending/Health Savings Accounts are also accepted. Payment is expected at the time of your appointment. ABC Counseling Inc. requires you to provide an active credit or debit card before we proceed with scheduling any appointments. **Cash payments are accepted for in-office appointments only and must be paid at the time of your appointment.
  • Out of Network
If we are out-of-network with your insurance plan, the full reimbursement rate will be due at the time of the appointment. Our staff can then provide you with the appropriate form (called a SuperBill) to submit for any eligible reimbursement from your respective insurance plan. Submission of these forms is the client’s/parent’s responsibility with the amount of reimbursement varying by your insurance plan policy.
  • Cancellation & No Show Policy
ABC Counseling Inc. has a 48-hour cancellation policy in place meaning that any changes or cancellations will need to be done 48 hours before your scheduled appointment, regardless of when your reminder text/email is received. Should you cancel within the 48-hour window, or not show up for your appointment, you will be subject to the $75 late cancellation fee. This fee is not covered by insurance and is your responsibility to pay. **Please be aware, if you are late by 15 minutes or more to your appointment you are considered to be a no-show and will have to pay the late cancellation fee.
  • Your Right to Receive a"Good Faith Estimate"
You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your health care will cost. Under the law, health care providers need to give patients, who don’t have certain types of health care coverage or who are not using certain types of health care coverage, an estimate of their bill for health care items and services before those items or services are provided. You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any healthcare items or services upon request or when scheduling such items or services. If you schedule a healthcare item or service at least 3 business days in advance, make sure your healthcare provider or facility gives you a Good Faith Estimate in writing within 1 business day after scheduling. If you schedule a healthcare item or service at least 10 business days in advance, make sure your healthcare provider or facility gives you a Good Faith Estimate in writing within 3 business days after scheduling. You can also ask any healthcare provider or facility for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule an item or service. If you do, make sure the health care provider or facility gives you a Good Faith Estimate in writing within 3 business days after you ask. If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more for any provider or facility than your Good Faith Estimate from that provider or facility, you can dispute the bill. Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate and the bill. For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises/consumers, email FederalPPDRQuestions@cms.hhs.gov, or call 1-800-985-3059.
