Three Easy Steps
It is our goal to make the onboarding process as easy as possible. Below are three steps to take you through the process. If you get stuck at any point, please reach out to us at admin@abccounselingtx.com
Welcome to ABC Counseling Inc.! We are excited to provide you with a seamless and secure way to manage your appointments, communicate with your therapist, and access important documents through our new TherapyAppointment client portal. Follow the instructions below to set up your account:
Step 1: Receive Your Invitation Email
1. Check Your Email Inbox: Look for an email from TherapyAppointment with the subject line: "Invitation to Join the Client Portal."
2. Check Spam/Junk Folder: If you do not see the email, please check your spam or junk folder.
3. Locate the Setup Link: Click the unique setup link provided in the email. This link will direct you to the account creation page.

Step 2: Create Your Account
1. Enter in Your Date of Birth in MM/DD/YYYY Format

2. Create a Password: Choose a strong password for your account. This password must include:

3. Agree to the Terms: Review and accept the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.

4. Fill Out Your Demographics
• Preferred Name
• Gender
• Contact Information
• Emergency Contact
• Health Insurance
• Credit/Debit Card

5. Complete Intake Paperwork
6. 🥳 Success!
The registration process is now complete!

Here's a glimpse of the required paperwork found on your portal:
Virtual Appointments:
1. Log into your portal on your phone or computer.
The main portal sign-in page here: https://portal.therapyappointment.com(https://portal.therapyappointment.com/)
2. In you Dashboard, click Launch

This brings you to the initial loading screen with a spinning blue wheel:

Once your clinician has joined, the screen will refresh with a button to Join the session.

This will open a new tab on your browser and you will be presented with this screen:

From here you will enter your preferred name, then click Join Meeting.
Office Appointments: Kiosk Check In
1. Select your therapist's name/picture on the iPad.
2. Type in your Initials and answer if your insurance has changed.
3. Take a seat, your therapist will be right out to get you.
