Passion Led Us Here

What Does Immigration Evaluation Entail?

An immigration evaluation is a conversation between you, your family, and your therapist. These conversations are casual. Our goal is to provide a safe and comfortable place for us to explore the ways you or your family will be impacted or are being impacted. You will talk with your therapist for several hours divided between two or three different meetings.

  • Biographical data of you and your family

  • Past trauma or difficulties

  • Any previous mental health and psychological diagnoses

  • Your current situation

  • Your support system in the U.S.

  • Your plans for the future

We will discuss any details that are especially relevant to your case, according to your attorney.

Evaluations are used for some of the following immigration proceedings: Asylums, U-Visas (Crime Victim), VAWAs (Domestic Violence), Waivers (I-601, I-601A, I-212, and I-612), or Cancellation of Removal.

We offer online or in-person appointments.
