Meet the person who helps keep the ABC magic moving behind the scenes. As our Administrative Director, she helps clients navigate scheduling, billing questions, and the intake process so getting started feels a little less overwhelming. While she does not provide therapy services, she is often one of the first friendly faces clients connect with at ABC—and she is here to help make the process as smooth, clear, and stress-free as possible.
My Story
Hi, I’m Shaianne! I help keep the wheels turning at ABC and make sure clients don’t have to navigate the “wait, what form do I fill out?” part of therapy alone. From intake and scheduling to billing questions and next steps, I’m here to help make the process feel less confusing and more human. I don’t provide therapy services, but I do help clients feel supported, informed, and connected from the very beginning.


I’m here to help make the “paperwork and logistics” side of therapy feel a little less intimidating. I help clients navigate scheduling, billing questions, intake forms, and next steps with warmth, patience, and a healthy respect for how confusing insurance and calendars can be.
