I help people untangle the messy stuff: relationships, identity, overthinking, self-doubt, and those “why do I keep doing this?” patterns. I offer an affirming, judgment-free space for clients exploring sexuality, nontraditional relationships, shame, and self-worth. Together, we’ll slow things down, look beneath the surface, and help you feel more confident, grounded, and connected to yourself.
My Story
Hello! I’m Sabrina. I work with individuals navigating identity, relationships, trauma, and emotions that can feel confusing or difficult to talk about. Many of my clients come to therapy wanting a space to slow down, reflect, and better understand their patterns, especially in relationships.

I have experience supporting clients in nontraditional relationship structures, including polyamory and kink, and I strive to create an affirming, nonjudgmental space where all parts of you are welcome. As someone who identifies as queer, I care deeply about helping clients feel seen, understood, and safe as they explore identity, shame, vulnerability, communication, and past experiences.
My background includes working with children and adolescents in the foster care system and supporting individuals with complex trauma related to abuse, neglect, and exploitation. I am currently completing my graduate training in counseling at Texas A&M University–San Antonio.
Outside of the therapy room, my background growing up in a small town in Northern California has shaped my appreciation for how environment, community, and identity intersect. I bring that perspective into my work with curiosity, compassion, and respect for each client’s unique story.

My approach integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy, and Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT). In our work, we won’t just talk about what’s happening—we’ll look at the deeper emotional layers underneath it. I often help clients identify patterns such as people-pleasing, fear of rejection, or relying on external validation, and work toward building a more grounded and secure sense of self.
As a therapist-in-training, I value collaboration, authenticity, and moving at your pace. My goal is to help you feel more confident, self-aware, and able to navigate your relationships and emotions with greater clarity and intention.
