Hello and welcome! Therapy is a place where you get to show up as you are — no perfect answers, no pretending, and no need to have everything figured out.
Together, we’ll make sense of the day-to-day stuff, get curious about emotions and patterns, and uncover the strengths you may not always see in yourself. My goal is to help you move through life with greater self-awareness, compassion, and confidence — while building the tools to care for yourself and connect more meaningfully with the people around you.
My Story
Hi, I’m Jonathan! I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Associate in Texas. I believe everyone deserves a space where they can exhale, feel seen, and know their story matters. In my work with clients, I strive to create that kind of space — one built on respect, curiosity, and genuine connection, where all parts of your experience are welcome.
Growing up in a blended family taught me that we’re shaped not only by the people around us, but also by the stories, values, and patterns passed down through generations. These family legacies can influence how we see ourselves, how we relate to others, and how we move through everyday life.

I earned my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from The University of Texas at San Antonio and later completed my Master of Science in Psychology at Our Lady of the Lake University. My education helped shape the way I understand people, relationships, and the many different experiences that bring us to therapy.
I believe there’s power in understanding where those patterns come from — and in deciding which ones we want to carry forward. Each of us brings our own strengths to the table, and therapy can be a place to recognize those strengths, build on them, and explore what we want the next chapter to look like.
Clients often come to me to explore identity and generational patterns, strengthen emotional regulation and self-esteem, navigate life transitions, and better understand important relationships. I have experience working with parents and teens, blended families, members of the Latinx community, emerging adults, and male-presenting individuals.

My approach to therapy is authentic, calm, collaborative, and grounded in empathy. I draw from Family Systems, Solution-Focused, Narrative, and Client-Centered therapies to help you separate yourself from the problem, understand the patterns shaping your story, and recognize the strengths and resources you already have.
Together, we’ll build on what’s working and create new ways of moving forward.
