Come as you are. No perfect words, no polished story, and no need to know exactly where to begin.
Whether you’re grieving, healing from trauma, exploring your identity, navigating relationships, or simply feeling stuck, you don’t have to figure it out alone. I believe healing grows through connection — with ourselves, with others, and with the communities that shape us.
You’re the expert on your story. I’m here to help you make sense of the pieces, find tools that actually fit your life, and walk alongside you as you move toward healing and change. Whatever you bring into the room, there’s space for it here.
My Story
Hi, I’m Gabrielle! I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate (LPC-Associate) with a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from St. Edward’s University in Austin. I’m currently practicing under the supervision of Maribel Arias, LPC-S, NCC, and I’m passionate about creating a warm, welcoming space where clients can feel seen, supported, and truly themselves.

I work with children, teens, adults, and couples navigating grief, trauma, anxiety, identity, relationship challenges, and life’s unexpected turns. I have a special passion for supporting children and teens after the death of a loved one, helping adults make sense of grief in all its forms, strengthening connection within relationships, and walking alongside individuals and communities impacted by traumatic loss and mass violence.
Outside the therapy room, you’ll usually find me roller skating, lifting weights, or on the hunt for my next favorite coffee shop. I believe some of life’s most meaningful moments are built through connection, and I hope to bring that same sense of warmth, belonging, and support into the work I do with every client.

My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and grounded in the belief that healing happens through connection. I look at the whole picture — your relationships, family, community, and lived experiences — because all of these help shape who you are.
I blend CBT, DBT, narrative therapy, trauma-informed care, mindfulness, expressive arts, and play-based interventions to fit your unique needs. My goal is to create a space where you can show up exactly as you are, build practical tools, uncover your resilience, and create meaningful change that lasts.
