About
Cameron Barndt, LMFT-A
I believe therapy should be as unique as the person seeking it. Your journey is one-of-a-kind, and I'm committed to tailoring your sessions to your individual needs. Together, we’ll explore your goals and find the best path forward. Healing isn’t a race, everyone moves at their own pace—that’s okay! I'm here to walk beside you on your path to growth and discovery. Let’s work together to create the brighter future you deserve.

My Story
I am a proud Our Lady of the Lake University graduate, holding a Master's in Family and Marriage Counseling. This rigorous academic training has equipped me with the knowledge and skills to join you on your healing journey. I have training in Narrative Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and MRI Therapy.
I think of therapy as a collaborative journey where I'm your guide, helping you navigate the challenges that life presents. I've had the privilege of working with a diverse range of individuals, from children to couples, during my time at the Community Counseling Services and the Center for Autism and Related Disorders (C.A.R.D). Whether it's individual, couples, or group therapy, I specialize in tailoring a therapeutic plan that fits your unique needs and strengths. At ABC Counseling, I continue to work with individuals dealing with Anxiety, Depression, Autism, ADHD, and more, always focused on helping my clients discover their own path to healing and growth.
In many ways, therapy with me is like embarking on an epic journey. Progress, like in any quest, happens at its own pace, and each step forward is a victory. Together, we'll create a strategy that's right for you, helping you overcome obstacles, build resilience, and reach your goals, one step at a time.
